SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

All participants—including presenters and non-presenters—must register through the official conference platform before they can submit abstracts or papers. Submission of abstracts and final contributions will be managed via Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Refer to the [Where to Submit] section for CMT submission link.

To ensure consistency and quality across submissions, authors must follow these formatting and submission requirements:

Abstract Requirements

  • Length: 300-500 words
  • Must include: Title, authors and affiliations, contact information, research objective, methodology, key findings or arguments, and relevance to the conference theme
  • Clearly indicate the submission type:
    • Full Research Paper
    • Extended Abstract
    • Reflection/Thought-Provoking Paper
    • Poster Presentation
  • Full Contribution Requirements (after abstract acceptance)

Formatting Requirements

  • File type: .docx
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Citation style: APA (7th edition)
  • File size limit: 10 MB
  • All submissions must be anonymized for review (no identifying author details in the main file)

Submissions will go through at least one round of peer review by the conference committee. Only accepted abstracts will be invited for full contribution submission.

How to Submit

To submit your abstract or paper, please follow these steps:

1. Register for the Conference via Microsoft CMT

  • Create a CMT account or log in with your existing credentials.
  • Complete the registration form and select your participation category (e.g., Presenter, Attendee).

Only registered participants will be able to access the abstract/paper submission forms

2. Submit Your Abstract

  • Deadline: June 6th, 2025
  • Choose your preferred submission type:
  • Full Research Paper
  • Extended Abstract
  • Reflection/Thought-Provoking Paper
  • Poster Presentation
  • Upload your abstract (300-500 words) in the appropriate format.
  • Include all required information: title, author(s), affiliation(s), contact details, and intended conference track. For detailed instructions, refer to: How to Submit a Paper in CMT

3. Submit Your Final Contribution

  1. Deadline: September 8th, 2025
  2. Upon abstract acceptance (notifications sent by July 7th, 2025), log in to Microsoft CMT and upload your full contribution in accordance with the type indicated in your abstract.
  3. Ensure your final submission follows the formatting and word limits outlined in the Submission Guidelines section.

Only submissions made via Microsoft CMT by registered participants will be reviewed and scheduled for presentation.
