AUTHOR GUIDELINE

General Information for Authors:

• Language: All submissions must be written in English. Submissions in other languages will not be considered.
• Originality: Submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and avoiding plagiarism. All papers will be checked for plagiarism and may be subject to desk rejection if significant similarity is detected.
• Attendance Expectation: At least one author of each accepted submission must register and attend the conference to present their work. Failure to present may result in removal from the conference proceedings and publication opportunities.
• Registration Fees: All authors, including co-authors planning to attend, must register and pay the applicable registration fees. Refer to the [Registration Fee Schedule] section for detailed rates.
• Author Experience: We encourage authors to consider the submission type that best fits their research maturity. Full papers are expected for completed research, while extended abstracts and reflection papers are welcome for ongoing or conceptual work.
